Introduction
This site is in its infancy and is a work in progress. This site will present
Holy Scripture interpreted from a dispensational standpoint. The site contains
the following materials:
- Written Commentaries of Conrad Bowman of various Books
of the Bible.
- Written Transcripts of Lectures of Conrad Bowman.
- Audios of the Lectures of Conrad Bowman.
This site presently contains one hundred and eleven (111) written transcripts of
lectures conducted by Conrad Bowman from the standpoint of a dispensational
interpretation of Scripture. These transcripts are from the Books of First and
Second Corinthians (13), Colossians (6), Ephesians (12), Hebrews (6), Romans
(29), Revelation (42), and First Timothy (3). Each of these Books will also
include a Commentary prepared by Conrad on that Book. In addition, with minor
exceptions, you will be able to access from this site the audios of the lectures
of the lessons on these Books conducted by Conrad.
When completed, we expect this site will contain 143 written transcripts of
Conrad Bowman’s lectures covering all of the Books upon which Conrad conducted
lectures. Each of those Books will also include a Commentary and, with minor
exceptions, the audios of those lectures.
You can download and print the written lectures from this site should you so
desire. You can also listen to the audios of those lectures from this site. I
know of no other site that allows you to have such a direct application of the
dispensational interpretation of Scripture. I encourage you to print the lessons
you are interested in reading, and listen to the audios of these lessons as you
read them. I think you will find that Conrad’s message will resonate with you
more clearly if you do this.
Dispensational interpretation of Scripture is an outgrowth of the writings of
the Plymouth Brethren which flourished from the 1820’s until the 1940’s or so.
In its most fundamental sense, dispensational interpretation of Scripture is
founded on identifying the particular people or group to whom the message was
given, and the time when that message was given. Rightly dividing the Word of
God. For example, the Sermon on the Mount was given by Jesus to Jews living
under Law prior to Pentecost. On the other hand, Paul’s writings were given to
Jews and Gentiles alike living under Grace after Pentecost. By so dividing the
Word, one can see that the promises to the believers living under Law were
earthly, and the promises to the believers living under Grace (and indwelled
with the Holy Spirit) were and are heavenly.
There are endless writings about the dispensational interpretation of Scripture
beginning with John Nelson Darby in the early 1820s and continuing with other
members of the Plymouth Brethren such as F.W. Grant, William Kelly, C.I.
Scofield, Lewis Sperry Chafer, William R. Newell, Henry Ironside, Sir Robert
Anderson, John G. Bellet, William Hocking, C.H. Mackintosh, Miles Stanford, and
many, many others. To my knowledge, however, there is little if any material
available containing studies of the specific Books of the Bible from a
dispensational point of view that is available both in writing and in sound.
This is what you will find in this site.
Should the material in this site be of interest to you, please check this site
periodically as there will be additional material added as the transcribing of
the remaining lectures is completed.

When the Father decreed that the wages of Adam’s was both physical and spiritual
death, He also broke fellowship with them because they were no longer righteous
and because His perfect Justice demanded that the
penalty had to be paid. Before His love could be appropriated by man, His
Justice and Righteous Standards
of being had to be met. Those demands were the basis for His sending His Only
Begotten Son F S HS as a man to be the Kinsman Redeemer for Israel and the
Savior for all mankind.
